PROCESSING TIMES
All Divergent Glow LLC products are handcrafted and prepared by one person. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Business days do not include weekends, federal holidays, or personal business closures.
During high-volume periods, sales, or backorders, processing times may be extended. If a delay affects your order, additional time may be required before shipment.
SHIPPING DAYS Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please note that our 3–7 business day processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment on the next available shipping day. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24-hour cancellation window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos showing the problem so we can review it. I
NCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice that an incorrect address was entered, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. I

Divergent Glow LLC is closed on holidays.

We accept all major debit and credit cards. PayPal is not accepted.
